Mining Montana Sapphires
As a gemstone cutter, I’ve always been drawn to the origins of the
materials I work with. There’s something remarkable about holding a
stone that formed millions of years ago under intense heat and pressure —
long before any of us existed — and knowing it will soon become a piece
someone cherishes. That connection to the earth is what led me to
Montana.
